Articulo 2º . Crease en la planta de personal del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, el siguiente cargo: DIVISION DE ORDEN PUBLICO SECCION SEGURIDAD PRESIDENCIAL Nombre del cargo: Profesional Especializado (Seguridad de ex Presidentes). Numero de cargos: uno (1). Código: 3010. Grado: 10.

Parágrafo

Para atender los servicios a que se refiere este Decreto, la Jefatura del DAS destinara los empleados que se requieran tomándolos de la planta de personal de la Institución.
