PUNIBILIDAD EN LA ACUMULACION. Lo dispuesto en la norma sustantiva para el concurso de hechos punibles se aplicará para los delitos que se juzguen acumulativamente cuando las penas imponibles sean privativas de la libertad puedan acumularse.
