Expirado el término del traslado al opositor, se señala día para oír las partes en audiencia pública, si alguna de ellas lo pide dentro de los tres días siguientes.

Las audiencias se celebran en la forma establecida para los juicios ordinarios en segunda instancia y ante cuatro por lo menos de los Magistrados que componen la Sala.
