Art. 51. Puede también exigir el Gobernador del Departamento que el rematador abunde en seguridades, cuando las ofrecidas no sean suficientes, conforme á la ley ; y el rematador tiene derecho de abundar en ellas, cuando por tal causa se hubiere improbado el remate.
