Articulo 53. La Corporación tendrá un Secretario, que a la vez lo será del Consejo y del Director Ejecutivo. Además de las funciones que se le asignen por sus superiores, el Secretario tendrá por estatutos las funciones de elaborar las actas del Consejo Directivo, así como refrendar con su firma los actos del Consejo Directivo y del Director Ejecutivo y expedir copias autenticadas de todos los actos de la Corporación.
