Procedimiento colectivo . Se denomina procedimiento colectivo cuando varios hogares se unen para conformar un plan asociativo, a fin de solicitar Subsidios para cada hogar. El procedimiento colectivo puede seguirse para aplicar el Subsidio a cualesquiera de las soluciones de vivienda de que trata el artículo 12 del presente Decreto. La postulación, calificación y asignación del Subsidio familiar de Vivienda se realizará simultáneamente para todos los hogares vinculados a un plan asociativo, que se presenten a través del procedimiento colectivo.
