Asociaciones de radioaficionados . Los radioaficionados podrán asociarse a través de entidades o instituciones, para mejorar sus conocimientos, realizar investigaciones científicas o técnicas o establecer estaciones de radio y redes de comunicación a nivel aficionado. La operación de las estaciones de las asociaciones de radioaficionado deberá hacerse por parte de personas debidamente licenciadas.
