º . Continuidad del servicio educativo . El municipio de Cali garantizará la continuidad del servicio que viene prestando la Unidad Administrativa Especial sin personería jurídica "Escuela Nacional del Deporte", durante el traspaso ordenado en este decreto y adoptará las decisiones a que haya lugar para cumplir con los fines de la descentralización que por el mismo se implementa, así como los de las demás normas que regulan la prestación del servicio público educativo.

Parágrafo

Una vez realizado el traspaso de la Unidad Administrativa Especial sin personería jurídica "Escuela Nacional del Deporte" al ente territorial, se extinguirá su adscripción al Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
