Artículo décimo. La Federación Nacional de Arroceros procederá a celebrar inmediatamente con el Gobierno Nacional, el contrato a que se refiere el artículo cuarto de la Ley 101 de 1963, para la inversión de los fondos respectivos de acuerdo con planes y presupuestos encaminados al logro de los objetivos de dicha Ley.
