Art. 6. º Los delitos de traición á la Patria, de que trate este Decreto, así como los demás de esta naturaleza, definidos en el Código Penal, serán juzgados en Consejos Verbales de Guerra, cuyas sentencias pueden ser reformadas por la mas alta autoridad militar del lugar en que se celebre el juicio, y se ejecutarán sin otra apelación ni consulta, dentro de veinticuatro horas.
