Recuperación de sitios de disposición final . Corresponde a los Municipios o Distritos recuperar ambientalmente los sitios que hayan sido utilizados como "botaderos" u otros sitios de disposición final no adecuada de residuos sólidos municipales o transformarlos en rellenos sanitarios, de ser viable técnica, económica y ambientalmente previo estudio.
