Decreto 604 de 1905 · Por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 43 de 1905

Art. 12. Durante la audiencia el Fiscal deducirá los cargos que resulten contra los sindicados, y manifestará las circunstancias atenuantes ó agravantes que existan, ó pedirá que se dicte auto de sobreseimiento, si estimare desvanecidos los cargos. Acto continuo serán oídos el sindicado ó sindicados y los voceros. Cada uno puede hablar hasta por dos veces en el mismo orden.

Parágrafo

Sólo el Agente de Policía Judicial que preside la audiencia puede interrumpir al que hable, para llamarlo al orden, ó con cualquiera otro fin que pueda convenir a los interese de la justicia.
