En este proceso no son admisibles la demanda de reconvención, la intervención excluyente o coadyuvante, incidentes por hechos que configuren excepciones previas, ni la conciliación. En caso de que se propongan tales actuaciones o trámites, el Juez o Magistrado deberá rechazarlas de plano, por auto que no tendrá recurso alguno.
