º . Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética . La Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética del Ministerio de Minas y Energía, deberá aprobar los planes de gestión y resultados de corto, mediano y largo plazo, que deban presentar las empresas de servicios públicos que tienen a su cargo los servicios públicos que están bajo competencia del Ministerio de Minas y Energía, en los términos previstos en el artículo 52,
