Procedimiento gubernativo. Los actos administrativos que realice la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, salvo disposición en contrario, estarán sujetos al procedimiento gubernativo contemplado en el Código Contencioso Administrativo. El derecho de petición, quejas y reclamos en la vía gubernativa se regula por las normas vigentes y las que modifiquen, aclaren o sustituyan dicha materia.
