Aprobación del funcionamiento de los consultorios jurídicos . La Dirección de Justicia Formal del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho o quien haga sus veces, impartirá mediante la expedición de acto administrativo motivado, la aprobación para el funcionamiento de los consultorios jurídicos que establezcan las Instituciones de Educación Superior previo cumplimiento de los requisitos que se establecen en este Decreto.
