Vigencia. La licencia de funcionamiento para las escuelas de capacitación, será concedida por el término de dos años, contados a partir de la expedición de la misma y se renovará por el mismo término a la fecha de expiración, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 27 del presente Decreto.
