Articulo 1° Créase la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación para Mujeres como entidad dependiente del Instituto Pedagógico Nacional para señoritas, dentro del cual funcionará y se considerará como parte de la Universidad Nacional. Por consiguiente, los títulos que expida la expresada Facultad tendrán las mismas preeminencias a los expedidos por la Universidad Nacional.
