° El plazo máximo para el pago del total de las deudas morosas vence el 31 de diciembre de 1973. Cuantío el valor de las .sumas mínimas anuales lijadas para los años de 1971 y 1972 no alcance para cubrir el total de las deudas amparadas por la amnistía, el saldo deberá cancelarse dentro de los plazos fijados para el pago de la liquidación privada del año gravable de 1972.
