INHABILIDAD PARA DESEMPEÑAR CARGOS PUBLICOS. La sanción de destitución acarrea inhabilidad para el desempeño de funciones públicas de uno (1) a cinco (5) años y se decretará en la misma providencia que determine la separación del cargo.
