Artículo decimoprimero . La comisión de muebles e inmuebles prevista en el Decreto 2017 de 1968 actuará como Junta de Licitaciones o Adquisiciones en los términos del Derecho 150 de 1976. Los contratos que celebre el Fondo en cumplimiento de sus funciones que se suscriban o se cumplan en el país se rigen por el Decreto 150 de 1976.
