ARTICULO 99. Prestaciones sociales en situaciones especiales. Las prestaciones de los Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo que se encuentren en cualquiera de las situaciones especiales a que se refieren los artículos 28 y 29 de este Decreto, serán las correspondientes a su categoría y se liquidarán y pagarán sobre la base de los haberes que devengarían si se encontraran en la ciudad de Bogotá.
