Decreto 45 de 1957 · Por el cual se dan unas autorizaciones al Gobierno Nacional

Artículo primero . Con el objeto de procurar la mayor eficiencia en la Administración Pública, autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para crear, suprimir y refundir empleos, y fijar sus asignaciones, dentro de la partida global asignada a cada Ministerio o Departamento Administrativo para sueldos de personal.

Parágrafo

Los Decretos que se dicten en desarrollo de esta autorización, deberán ser firmados tanto por el Ministro del Ramo o el Jefe del Departamento Administrativo correspondiente, como por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, quien se abstendrá de hacerlo cuando con ello se produzca desequilibrio en la apropiación respectiva.
