Art. 6. El poder ejecutivo podrá contratar el establecimiento de almacenes para la venta de sal procedente de las salinas nacionales, en lugares distintos de aquellos en que existan las administraciones de salinas, encargando su espendio al empleado que tenga a bien, i nombrando, si fuere necesario, un almacenista que custodie la sal i cubra los libramientos del espendedor. El poder ejecutivo señalará llegado el caso, el sueldo de los espendedores i los almacenistas, que podrá ser fijo i eventual.
