El delegado del organismo, el reclamante o su representante podrán presentar sus alegatos oralmente o por escrito. Cuando no se hiciere uso de este derecho, se dejarán las constancias respectivas. Presentados los alegatos por las partes se dará por terminada la audiencia. De cada audiencia se levantará el acta respectiva.
