TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 10. De la suma que del Tesoro Nacional se destine para la destrucción de la langosta, se tomará cada año lo que fuere necesario, a juicio del Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio, para clasificar y hacer las debidas investigaciones respecto de una especie de moscas que repetidas veces han acabado con las invasiones de langosta en varios Departamentos, y para procurar, si fuere el caso, aclimatar y hacer propagar dicha mosca en la región de Cumbitara, en el Patía, y en las demás en que tenga origen la plaga o sean lugar de su propagación permanente.
