El Presidente de la Comisión, de oficio, o a solicitud de cualquier miembro de la respectiva Cámara, reemplazará al ponente cuando no hubiere rendido el informe dentro del término señalado. De la remoción y del nuevo nombramiento se dará noticia a las respectiva Cámara en sesión pública.
