ARTICULO 92 . Llamamiento al servicio activo. Los oficiales, suboficiales y personal del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional retirados en forma temporal, podrán ser reincorporados al servicio activo, en cualquier tiempo, a solicitud de parte o por voluntad del Gobierno o de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, según el caso, previo concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora para la Policía Nacional, cuando se trate de oficiales.
