LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 9°.Solicitudes actuales. Las solicitudes presentadas con anterioridad a la vigencia de este decreto solo serán tenidas en cuenta respecto de aquellas notarías que a la fecha se encuentren vacantes de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 4° del presente decreto.

En todo caso para efectos de determinar la prelación entre las solicitudes se dará aplicación a lo establecido en el artículo 7° del presente decreto.
