°. Modifíquese el artículo 3° del Decreto 1024 de 1982, el cual quedará así: Artículo 3°. La certificación del ejercicio del cargo de Notario sólo se exigirá para los documentos que deban presentarse en el exterior de los Estados no partes de la "Convención sobre la abolición del requisito de legalización para documentos públicos extranjeros" , suscrita en La Haya el 5 de octubre de 1961, la cual entró en vigor para Colombia a partir del 30 de enero de 2001.
