Representantes del empleador. Se consideran representantes del empleador, y en tal carácter obligan a éste en sus relaciones con los demás trabajadores, los directores, gerentes, administradores y, en general las personas que en nombre de él ejerzan funciones de dirección o administración, así como los puros intermediarios que contratan los servicios de otras personas para ejecutar algún trabajo en beneficio del empleador, y por cuenta exclusivamente de este.
