°. La Caja de Previsión SOCAL de Comunicaciones continuará prestado con la misma modalidad los servicios médicos. Asistenciales legales y los extralegales que la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones haya concedido a sus trabajadores. La Empresa pagará a la Caja el valor de las prestaciones extralegales, así como el de las que concedieren en el futuro, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 50 del Decreto 3267 de 1963.
