Publicaciones técnicas . El Instituto gestionará ante Inalpro la autorización correspondiente para editar en forma directa con asocio con otras entidades las publicaciones técnicas que el personal del Instituto produzca en el desarrollo de sus investigaciones, de conformidad con las convenciones vigentes sobre uniformidad de aquel tipo de publicaciones, y con arreglo a las especificaciones de la que ya ha efectuado.
