Las autoridades de los puertos deberán tomar una relación completa de todos los extranjeros que salgan del país, a fin de enviarla por el conducto del Ministerio de Gobierno a la Sección 7ª de la Policía Nacional. El incumplimiento de estas obligaciones será sancionado con una multa de cincuenta a cien pesos.
