Artículo cuarto. En cumplimiento del artículo 10 de la Ley 20 de 1959, la Superintendencia Bancaria Determinara el porcentaje en que se rebajaran las inversiones forzosas de las cajas y secciones de ahorros para cubrir el 10% del que se habla el artículo 19de la Ley 20, salvo el encaje en efectivo y en formas que no se altere el porcentaje total de inversiones actualmente vigente.
