Nombramiento. Presentada la lista de candidatos para ocupar los cargos de Magistrados del Tribunal Superior Militar y Policial, de Fiscal General Penal Militar y Policial, o de Fiscales Penales Militares y Policiales Delegados ante el Tribunal Superior Militar y Policial, el Presidente de la República procederá a nombrar a quien va a desempeñar cada cargo.
