Los Comités Departamentales se reunirán dos (2) veces por en el mes, por lo menos, y cuantas veces sean citados por el Administrador del Fondo Departamental o por solicitud de tres de sus miembros. El Administrador asistirá a las reuniones del Comité con voz pero sin voto.
