El Ministerio de Obras Publicas a solicitud del Consejo Nacional de Valorización podrá establecer, como dependencias de la Dirección Nacional de Valorización, Oficinas Regionales para atender a lo relacionado con la liquidación y cobro de la contribución de valorización, en cuyo caso el Consejo Nacional de Valorización y el Director Nacional podrán delegar el cumplimiento de las funciones correspondientes.
