En todos los casos en que el Jurado Electoral tuviere dudas sobre la exactitud de los cómputos hechos por los Jurados de Votación, o noticia de otras irregularidades cometidas en los escrutinios, se verificará lo hecho abriendo el paquete de papeletas y haciendo el escrutinio de los votos como está dispuesto para los Jurados de Votación.

Pero el paquete de papeletas será de nuevo formado y firmado por los miembros del Jurado Electoral, para los efectos ya expresados.
