Articulo 117 . Aplicación de las medidas de seguridad. Establecida la necesidad de aplicar una medida de seguridad, la autoridad competente, con base en la naturaleza del producto, el hecho que origina la violación de las normas sanitarias o en la incidencia sobre la salud individual o colectiva, aplicara la medida correspondiente.
