Durante las veinticuatro (24) horas anteriores y mientras tiene lugar el acto electoral, prohíbese, a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, toda clase de propaganda móvil o sonora, camisetas, banderas, sombreros, perifoneadores y similares que hagan alusión, en cualquier forma, al acto electoral que se realice. Durante el mismo lapso prohíbese también toda clase de manifestaciones, de entrevistas radiales, de prensa escrita y televisada para todos los candidatos.
