Toda reforma de estos estatutos requiere mayoría absoluta de votos de los aportantes de capital que represente no menos del 90% del capital pagado. Ninguna reforma tendrá valor mientras no sea aprobada por decreto ejecutivo, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 16 de la Ley 80 de 1946. Aprobada una reforma, el Gerente la elevará a escritura pública que autorizará con su firma.
