Articulo 20. La, sobretasa del. 6% De que trata el literal á) del artículo 128 de la Ley 135 de 1961, será incorporada en el Presupuesto nacional por su equivalente, a partir del año fiscal de 1974. y su producto deberá ser entregado al fondo por conducto del ministerio de agricultura. Las entidades a que se refiere el literal c) del artículo 128 de la ley 135 de 1961, deberán celebrar con el representante legal del fondo un contrato donde se establezca la forma y términos en que estas entidades darán cumplimiento a las previsiones de este literal.
