El artículo 84 del Decreto 2584 de 1993 quedará así. Artículo 84 . Decisión de segunda instancia . El Ministro de Defensa o el Director General de la Policía Nacional, según el caso, podrá confirmar, revocar o modificar el fallo de primera instancia. Recibido el informativo por el fallador de segunda instancia, resolverá en definitiva dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes.

Parágrafo

El Ministro de Defensa o el Director General, según el caso, podrá modificar libremente la decisión del funcionario de primera instancia.
