°. Autorización de las EARS . La Dirección de Salud correspondiente, con base en lo decidido en la audiencia pública a que se refiere el artículo anterior, proferirá un acto administrativo en el que indicará las EARS que, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el presente decreto y en la invitación correspondiente, hayan sido seleccionadas, autorizándolas a administrar subsidios en su territorio.
