El registro de los dibujos o modelos industriales conferirá a su titular el derecho de uso exclusivo por él; término de cinco años contados a partir de la fecha del acto administrativo correspondiente. El titular de un dibujo o modelo podrá conceder licencias o transferirlas libremente. Toda licencia o cambio de titular deberá registrarse en la oficina nacional competente.
