Modifíquese el literal (c) del artículo 2.36.3.1.2 del Decreto número 2555 de 2010 el cual quedará así: "c) Los reglamentos de las bolsas de valores, de los sistemas de negociación de valores, de los sistemas de registro de operaciones sobre valores y de los sistemas de compensación y liquidación de operaciones sobre valores en cuanto al régimen de garantías deberán atender lo establecido en el Capítulo II del Título III del Libro 36 de la Parte 2 del presente Decreto."
