Comisión en el exterior. Cuando la diligencia haya de practicarse en país extranjero, debe dirigirse exhorto al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores para que lo envíe al Cónsul de Colombia y, si fuere el caso, este lo remita a la autoridad correspondiente del país de su destino. Si el Cónsul de Colombia debe practicar el despacho comisorio estará obligado a cuidar de su diligenciamiento.
