° La dirección y administración de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro estará a cargo de un Superintendente, de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República, y de una junta de seis (6) miembros, integrada así
a)
El Ministro de Justicia, o su delegado, que la presidirá;
b)
Dos delegados designados por el Presidente de la República;
c)
El Director del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi", o en su defecto, el Secretario General de la entidad, y
d)
Sendos representantes de los Notarios y Registradores de instrumentos públicos y privados, elegidos por éstos para períodos de un año.
