Las mercancías importadas al departamento podrán ser introducidas al resto del territorio aduanero nacional por el sistema de envíos, bajo el régimen de viajeros o a través de las empresas que presten el servicio de transporte nacional, en las condiciones que establezca la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
